Ingredients

- 2 (3 ounce) packages junior mints
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker crust or 1 chocolate crumb crust
Recipe
- 1 put mints in freezer and freeze.
- 2 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- 4 add eggs, one at a time beating after each.
- 5 mix in vanilla.
- 6 chop frozen junior mints and sprinkle on cheesecake.
- 7 bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
- 8 cool.
- 9 then chill over night.
