7-up Round Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1/4 cup wesson oil
• 3 cups granulated sugar
• 5 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 8 ounces 7-up soda
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring

Recipe

• 1 cream butter, oil and sugar.
• 2 beat in eggs, one at a time.
• 3 add flour and 7-up; mix well.
• 4 add flavorings and mix again.
• 5 pour in greased and floured tube pan.
• 6 bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (or until cake tests done).
