Cherry Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) graham cracker pie crusts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ounces non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 brush beaten egg on crust and bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes (optional). then let it cool.
  • 2 beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • 3 add sugar, sour cream & vanilla.
  • 4 fold in whipped topping.
  • 5 place mixture in the pie crust evenly.
  • 6 top with cherry pie filling.
  • 7 cover and put in the fridge until cold.
  • 8 helpful hint: put it in the freezer if you want to eat it sooner!
  • 9 enjoy.
