Bubble Cake

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 ounces yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix yeast in warm milk.
- 2 add sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs to milk and mix well.
- 3 stir in flour 1 cup at a time.
- 4 let dough raise for about an hour in a warm place ( i use the oven).
- 5 work down the dough then let dough rest for a few minutes.
- 6 in a medium bowl mix 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 bottle of cinnamon.
- 7 in a separate bowl melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter.
- 8 pull chunks of dough off and dip into butter, then into sugar mixture. place in bunt pan. continue this step till all dough has been dipped and coated.
- 9 pour the remaining butter and sugar over the top.
- 10 bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
