Chocolate Cupcakes From Young Chefs Academy

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350ã‹å¡ f. line muffin tins with paper liners, set aside.
  • 2 sift together first 5 ingredients into mixer bowl. add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth, about three minutes. scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
  • 3 divide batter into muffin cups, fill each about 2/3 full. bake until tops spring back when touched, about 20 min, transfer to wire rack and let cool.
