Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350ã‹å¡ f. line muffin tins with paper liners, set aside.
- 2 sift together first 5 ingredients into mixer bowl. add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth, about three minutes. scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
- 3 divide batter into muffin cups, fill each about 2/3 full. bake until tops spring back when touched, about 20 min, transfer to wire rack and let cool.
