Chocolate Cookie Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (600 g) box of maria cookies
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 50 g butter
- 2 egg whites, whipped until stiff
- 2 egg yolks
- 175 g unsweetened chocolate
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate in bain marie.
- 2 mix butter, sugar, egg yolks.
- 3 when texture is creamy, add two egg whites that have been whipped until stiff.
- 4 add melted chocolate.
- 5 warm the milk.
- 6 moisten maria cookies in the milk.
- 7 (quickly dip in and out).
- 8 layer the bottom of big round or oval plate with maria cookies.
- 9 spread a layer of the melted chocolate on top of the cookies.
- 10 alternate with cookies and melted chocolate ending with a layer of the melted chocolate.
- 11 refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
