Black Bottom Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 (8 ounce) package better than cream cheese cream cheese substitute
- 1 ener-g egg substitute
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 sift together the first 5 ingredients.
- 2 then add the water, oil and vinegar.
- 3 beat well.
- 4 in separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg sub and sugar on low speed until smooth.
- 5 fold chocolate chips in.
- 6 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 7 fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with batter.
- 8 add 1 tbsp filling.
- 9 bake for 20 minutes.
- 10 let cool in tin and remove when set.
