Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups cold water
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 mix first group of ingredients well.
- 2 line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
- 3 fill cupcake papers half full.
- 4 blend second group of ingredients.
- 5 place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake.
- 6 bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
