Black Bottom Cupcakes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 unbeaten egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 mix first group of ingredients well.
  • 2 line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
  • 3 fill cupcake papers half full.
  • 4 blend second group of ingredients.
  • 5 place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
