Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 2/3 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 3 bananas, mashed
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 4 teaspoons buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup butter flavor crisco
• 1/2 cup oleo
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup banana, mashed

Recipe

• 1 cream oil and sugar.
• 2 add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
• 3 add all other ingredients.
• 4 bake in 9x13 pan at 350f degrees for 30 minutes.
• 5 ------frosting------.
• 6 mix shortning and oleo.
• 7 mix in 1/3 of sugar.
• 8 beat well.
• 9 add bananas alternately with sugar.
• 10 mix until smooth and creamy.
