Chia Seed Protein Muffins

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond paste
  • 3 tablespoons ground nuts
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 10 teaspoons artificial sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup dried cherries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 mix dry ingredients together.
  • 3 mix eggs. oil and water.
  • 4 add to dry ingredients.
  • 5 spoon into greased cupcake tin.
  • 6 bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
