Bugeah's German Pancake (dutch Baby)

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1 dash cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• powdered sugar

Recipe

• 1 turn on oven to 425.
• 2 put butter in a 9" round glass pie plate and place in oven while it heats up.
• 3 combine milk, flour, eggs, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and mix well.
• 4 when oven has warmed up pour the batter into the pie plate and bake 15-20 minutes.
• 5 let cool for 5 minutes.
