Blueberry-sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
Recipe
- 1 stir flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon together thoroughly.
- 2 in a separate bowl, combine egg, sour cream, milk; add to the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. carefully add blueberries, stirring gently to mix.
- 3 drop batter by the 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot greased griddle.
- 4 cook until the surface is covered with bubbles; flip and cook until done.
