- 4 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe
- 1 combine flour, milk, egg yolks, oil, and salt.
- 2 just before baking fold in baking powder and stiffly beaten egg whites.
- 3 pour batter into waffle iron and sprinkle as much shredded cheese as you desire on top of the batter.
