Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sour milk
- 4 bananas, crushed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons cream or 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 beat together sugar, margarine and egg.
- 2 add and stir in soda, milk and bananas.
- 3 add flour, baking powder, crushed nuts and vanilla.
- 4 bake about 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
- 5 melt margarine. then add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. keep at low heat until golden. stir until smooth and spread on cake.
