Cassava Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 ounce) packages cassava (will come in frozen package but defrost to make cake)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar macapuno strings
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup glutinous-rice flour
  • 3 eggs (beaten)

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 mix all ingrediants in a larage mixing bowl(make sure everything is well incorporated).
  • 3 grease the bottom of a larage 13x10 baking dish.
  • 4 pour mix in to greased 13x10 baking dish and place in oven at 325 for 1hour15min.
  • 5 remove and cool for 30min to 1hr.
  • 6 cut into equal squares. serve and enjoy! (consistency of cake will be glutinous).
