Cassava Cake

Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) packages cassava (will come in frozen package but defrost to make cake)
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 (12 ounce) jar macapuno strings
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup glutinous-rice flour
- 3 eggs (beaten)
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 325°f.
- 2 mix all ingrediants in a larage mixing bowl(make sure everything is well incorporated).
- 3 grease the bottom of a larage 13x10 baking dish.
- 4 pour mix in to greased 13x10 baking dish and place in oven at 325 for 1hour15min.
- 5 remove and cool for 30min to 1hr.
- 6 cut into equal squares. serve and enjoy! (consistency of cake will be glutinous).
