Awesome Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup canola oil
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe

• 1 beat eggs and honey together until blended.
• 2 add oil and milk and beat a further minute.
• 3 in a separate bowl combine flour and baking powders and bicarb.
• 4 add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well with a large spoon.
• 5 add walnuts and fold in.
• 6 pour into a lined ring tin or long loaf tin.
• 7 cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees c.
