Cherry-o Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 ounces graham cracker crust (8 or 9 inch diameter)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (i add aliitle more, but i like tart)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling, chilled

Recipe

  • 1 with mixer; beat cheese until fluffy.
  • 2 gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • 3 stir in lemon juice and vanilla pour into crust.
  • 4 chill at least 4 hours or more.
  • 5 spoon pie filling on top and serve.
  • 6 refrigerate leftovers.
