Caramel Bars

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) package kraft caramels
- 1 (20 ounce) box german chocolate cake mix
- 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk (split)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Recipe
- 1 mix together dry cake mix, melted butter, and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk with a mixer.
- 2 put 1/2 of mixture in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- 3 bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 4 sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cake.
- 5 melt caramels and other 1/3 cup of evaporated milk in a saucepan. pour over chocolate chips.
- 6 take remaining cake mix mixture and crumble on top.
- 7 bake again for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
