Caramel Apple Tart In The Food Processor

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 60 g butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons cold butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 2 -4 apples, peeled corred and thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 for the cake place all ingredients in the processor and mix until cake resembles cormeal.
- 2 spread into well-buttered 23cm springform tin.
- 3 place apple slices over top. (you can make slices in the food processor as well).
- 4 for the topping again place all ingredients in the food processor and process until sugar dissolves.
- 5 spread mixture over the top of the cake.
- 6 bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celcius for 40-45 minutes.
