Cherry-mallow Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows (about 3/4 of a 10-1/2 ounce package)
  • 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. spray a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. lay the marshmallows evenly over the bottom of the pan.
  • 2 prepare the cake mix according to the package directions. pour the batter over the marshmallows. spoon the cherry filling evenly over the cake batter.
  • 3 remove pan from oven and cool on wire racks.
  • 4 after the cake is cool, cut into squares.
