Chewy Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cake flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups margarine, softened
• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 cream margarine, sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
• 2 add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
• 3 mix in baking powder and cake flour until blended.
• 4 gradually add all purpose flour until blended.
• 5 stir in chocolate chips.
• 6 drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper 2 inches apart.
• 7 bake 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°f or just until set and slightly brown on the bottom.
• 8 remove and cool on wire racks.
