Char's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups cake flour
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 3/4 cup canola oil
• 3 large eggs

Recipe

• 1 preheat the oven to 350*f.
• 2 grease sides and bottoms of two 9" baking pans, or one 9x13" pan. lightly flour the greased pans.
• 3 combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
• 4 add the buttermilk, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with the mixer at low speed until just moistened.
• 5 pour batter into pans and bake 30-33 minutes for the 9" round or loaf pans and 35-38 minutes for the 9x13" pan. cupcakes, bake for 19-22 minutes.
