Blueberry Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 3 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 cups blueberries
• 1/4 cup flour
• powdered sugar (for dusting)

Recipe

• 1 cream the shortening, sugar, eggs and milk.
• 2 add the flour and baking powder.
• 3 add the 1/4cp flour with the blueberries in a separate bowl, then add to the mixture.
• 4 put into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
• 5 cool completely and dust top with powder sugar.
