Apple Pecan Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, with an additional
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (all seperated)
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups apples, peeled and chopped (about 3)
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 line 13x9-inch pan with foil.
- 3 mix crumbs, butter and 2 tbsp sugar; press into bottom of pan and bake 10 minutes.
- 4 beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. add sour cream and blend.
- 5 add eggs one at a time mixing on low between each until well blended. pour over crust.
- 6 mix remaining sugar, apples, pecan and cinnamon and spoon over batter.
- 7 bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 minutes cool. refrigerate 4 hours. use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
