Awesome Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1 1/4 cups bananas, mashed (approx. 3 bananas)
• 1 cup sour milk (1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 cup milk)
• 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup crisco
• 1/2 cup oleo
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup warm milk

Recipe

• 1 mix together cake mix ingredients for 2 minutes on high. bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees - two 8" or 9" cake pans/32 - 25 minute or 9 x 12 pan/40-45 minute.
• 2 for the whipped cream icing, mix the crisco and oleo well together.
• 3 start to add the sugar a little at a time and blend well in batter.
• 4 now add the vanilla and warm milk.
• 5 spread the icing on a completely cooled cake!
