Blueberry Crumb Cake

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soft shortening (butter can be substituted)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 grease and flour a 9x9 or 7x11 pan.
- 2 mix sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly.
- 3 stir in milk.
- 4 blend dry ingredients.
- 5 carefully blend in blueberries.
- 6 spread batter in pan.
- 7 mix ingredients for topping and blend with pastry blender (or knife).
- 8 sprinkle cake with topping.
- 9 bake at 375°f for 35 minutes.
