Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 375° and grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
- 2 sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside for now.
- 3 in large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. beat in egg.
- 4 beat in flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing just until combined.
- 5 stir in blueberries and pour mixture into pan.
- 6 in small bowl, combine brown sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and the pecans.
- 7 cut in butter until crumbly.
- 8 sprinkle over batter.
- 9 bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 10 allow to cool a bit before serving.
