Blueberry Coffee Cake With Brown Sugar Topping

Ingredients

- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 (21 ounce) cans blueberry pie filling
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 sift the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 cream the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- 3 beat in the vanilla and the eggs.
- 4 add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream mixing well after each addition.
- 5 in a greased 9x13 pan, layer half the batter, all of the pie filling, rest of the batter.
- 6 sprinkle with brown sugar topping.
- 7 bake at 350º for 1 hour.
- 8 for the topping: combine all ingredients in a snall bowl and mix well.
