Cappuccino Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (to garnish)
- 2 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 stir together wafer crumbs and cinnamon.
- 3 pat into bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
- 4 beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- 5 beat in sugar and cocoa powder.
- 6 beat in egg.
- 7 stir in 2 cups sour cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla.
- 8 turn into prepared pan.
- 9 bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- 10 spread remaining sour cream evenly over top.
- 11 return to oven 1 minute to glaze top.
- 12 cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly, covered.
- 13 remove from spring form pan.
- 14 just before serving, dust top with cocoa powder.
