Cappuccino Chocolate Cheesecake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (to garnish)
  • 2 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 stir together wafer crumbs and cinnamon.
  • 3 pat into bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
  • 4 beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • 5 beat in sugar and cocoa powder.
  • 6 beat in egg.
  • 7 stir in 2 cups sour cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla.
  • 8 turn into prepared pan.
  • 9 bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  • 10 spread remaining sour cream evenly over top.
  • 11 return to oven 1 minute to glaze top.
  • 12 cool to room temperature, then chill thoroughly, covered.
  • 13 remove from spring form pan.
  • 14 just before serving, dust top with cocoa powder.
