Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups pastry flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 cook oats in boiling water until tender.
- 3 mix in next five ingredients and beat until smooth.
- 4 combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and then stir into batter.
- 5 pour mixture into an oiled 9" square pan.
- 6 bake at 350 f for 55-60 minutes or until done.
