Blintzes For Passover

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup matzo meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or 2 1/2 cups beef or 2 1/2 cups turkey

- 1 tablespoon margarine

- 1/2 lb well-drained cottage cheese

Recipe
- 1 for batter:.
- 2 combine eggs, salt, and water. add gradually to matzah cake meal, stirring hard to avoid lumps.
