Blintzes For Passover

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup matzo meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken or 2 1/2 cups beef or 2 1/2 cups turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/2 lb well-drained cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 for batter:.
  • 2 combine eggs, salt, and water. add gradually to matzah cake meal, stirring hard to avoid lumps.
