Apricot Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- vanilla sugar
- salt, one pinch
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggwhites and add gradually the sugar.
- 2 in another bowl, mix the yolks, oil, vanilla and salt.
- 3 incorporate the yolks mixture into the eggwhites spoon by spoon than add the flour. do not overmix. composition should be fluffy.
- 4 pour into a greased and floured baking tin.
- 5 add the washed and sliced apricots.
- 6 bake at moderate heat for 30 minutes.
