Apricot Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • vanilla sugar
  • salt, one pinch

Recipe

  • 1 beat the eggwhites and add gradually the sugar.
  • 2 in another bowl, mix the yolks, oil, vanilla and salt.
  • 3 incorporate the yolks mixture into the eggwhites spoon by spoon than add the flour. do not overmix. composition should be fluffy.
  • 4 pour into a greased and floured baking tin.
  • 5 add the washed and sliced apricots.
  • 6 bake at moderate heat for 30 minutes.
