Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil or 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup coffee, cold
• 1/4 cup walnuts
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 apple, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon clove
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar.
• 2 add eggs.
• 3 add coffee.
• 4 sift dry ingredients 3 times
• 5 stir into coffee mixture add raisins, nutmeats and cored ,cubed apple
• 6 mix well
• 7 pour into greased pan
• 8 bake in moderate oven 350 for 45 minutes in bundt pan.
