Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup canola oil
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups apples, thinly sliced
• 1 cup nuts, chopped
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 (2 lb) box powdered sugar
• 3 ounces cream cheese

Recipe

• 1 beat eggs with sugar, add next six ingredients and mix well.
• 2 add sliced apples and nuts. pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
• 3 bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
• 4 icing:.
• 5 mix the ingredients together , and spread on cake.
• 6 sprinkle with additional nuts.
