Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 12 oreo cookies, tops separated from bottoms
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 2 teaspoons shortening

Recipe

• 1 beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together until smooth place an oreo with frosting side up in the bottom of a lined muffin cup.
• 2 top with cream cheese mixture.
• 3 top that with crushed oreo tops.
• 4 bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
• 5 remove from oven and cool.
• 6 melt shortening and chocolate chips until smooth.
• 7 drizzle over cooled cheesecakes.
