Chocolate Drizzle (diabetic)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 blend cornstarch and cold water and pour into small saucepan.
  • 2 add salt and chocolate.
  • 3 cook on low until chocolate melts and mixture is thick.
  • 4 remove from heat.
  • 5 stir in sugar substitue and blend in butter.
  • 6 store in fridge. use over cake or ice cream.
