Chocolate Drizzle (diabetic)

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 dash salt
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1/3 cup sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
Recipe
- 1 blend cornstarch and cold water and pour into small saucepan.
- 2 add salt and chocolate.
- 3 cook on low until chocolate melts and mixture is thick.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 stir in sugar substitue and blend in butter.
- 6 store in fridge. use over cake or ice cream.
