Chocolate Chip Brownie Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup hot water
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and 2 cups chocolate chips together.
- 2 in a bowl, mix flour and soda together.
- 3 put melted chocolate mixture in a large bowl.
- 4 add sugar and beat for 5 minutes.
- 5 until smooth.
- 6 add vanilla essence and gradually add water.
- 7 mix well.
- 8 add eggs, one at a time, beating well, after each addition.
- 9 add flour mixture and mix on low speed until blended.
- 10 fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet choc chips.
- 11 pour into a greased 10" round pan.
- 12 bake at 325 deg.
- 13 f for 35-45 minutes .
- 14 cool.
- 15 store in your fridge.
