Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 whisk eggs lightly with buttermilk and butter.
- 2 in a separate bowl, combine rest of the ingredients. stir to mix well.
- 3 whisk egg mixture into flour mixture just until combined.
