Banana Pineapple Clafouti

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 4 pinches cinnamon
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1/4 liter chocolate milk
  • 1/4 liter milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 200 celsius.
  • 2 butter a cake mold and tap in 20 grams of sugar.
  • 3 peel the bananas and pineapple, then cut into small pieces. add the cinnamon and sugar and let sit for 20 minutes.
