Ingredients

- 2 cups butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 beat butter to a foam.
- 2 add sugar and eggs, beat well.
- 3 blend in flour.
- 4 cook egg yolks, cream, and sugar in double boiler until thick.
- 5 butter cup cake tins and dust with bread crumbs.
- 6 line tins with dough, fill with cooked custard and cover with dough.
- 7 bake in 350 f oven for 25 minutes.
