Babki With Custard Filling

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 beat butter to a foam.
  • 2 add sugar and eggs, beat well.
  • 3 blend in flour.
  • 4 cook egg yolks, cream, and sugar in double boiler until thick.
  • 5 butter cup cake tins and dust with bread crumbs.
  • 6 line tins with dough, fill with cooked custard and cover with dough.
  • 7 bake in 350 f oven for 25 minutes.
