Butter Crumb Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 topping: cut butter into brown sugar, flour mixture until crumbly.
  • 2 grease bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  • 3 in mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until well blended.
  • 5 spread in prepared pan and sprinkle topping over top of cake.
  • 6 bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
