Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 60 g caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint wine
- 1/2 teaspoon preferred food coloring
- 150 g cake flour
- 150 g melted chocolate
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar till light.
- 2 add in color, essence and wine.
- 3 add in cake flour.
- 4 pipe out onto trays or use cookie press.
- 5 bake at 165c for 15-18mins.
- 6 when cool, dip partially in melted chocolate.
