Carnitas With Soy Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless sirloin
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 in a glass one-layer cake pan (9" x 13") put the oil, soy sauce, oregano and garlic.
  • 2 stir to blend.
  • 3 cut the meat across the grain into 1/8 inch strips.
