Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 
- 3 tablespoons sugar 
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted 
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened 
- 3/4 cup sugar 
- 3 large eggs 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling 
Recipe
- 1 combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. 
- 2 bake at 325°f for 10 minutes. 
- 3 combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. 
- 4 add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition. 
- 5 blend in vanilla; pour over crust. 
- 6 bake at 450°f for 10 minutes. 
- 7 reduce oven temperature to 250°f; continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until set. 
- 8 loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. 
- 9 chill.
