no milk, no wheat, banana pancakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • cooking spray

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • blend banana, eggs, oats, and baking powder in a blender until smooth, about 45 seconds.
  • spray a griddle or skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. drop batter by large spoonfuls the griddle and cook until form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. repeat with remaining batter.
