Butter Crumb Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1/2 cup softened butter 
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 
- 2 cups flour 
- 1 1/4 cups sugar 
- 2 teaspoons baking powder 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
- 1/2 cup milk 
- 2 large eggs 
- 1/4 cup butter 
- 1/2 cup flour 
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 
Recipe
- 1 topping: cut butter into brown sugar, flour mixture until crumbly. 
- 2 grease bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. 
- 3 in mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. 
- 4 add remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until well blended. 
- 5 spread in prepared pan and sprinkle topping over top of cake.
