Chewy Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips (2 cups)

Recipe

• 1 beat butter and sugars 2-3 minutes until fluffy. add eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed, about 1 minute.
• 2 add dry ingredients. beat until well mixed.
• 3 mix in chocolate chips.
• 4 drop dough by 1/4-cupfuls 2" apart on cookie sheet.
• 5 bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes until golden brown.
