Blueberry Brunch Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 16
- 1 cup flour 
- 1/3 cup sugar 
- 2 teaspoons baking powder 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1 egg 
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk 
- 1/2 cup canola oil 
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries 
- 1/3 cup sugar 
- 1/4 cup flour 
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
- 2 tablespoons butter 
- 1/2 cup pecans (optional) 
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. set aside. 
- 2 combine egg, milk, oil and lemon juice. 
- 3 add dry ingredients, mixing well. 
- 4 pour into 8x8 greased pan. 
- 5 sprinkle with blueberries. 
- 6 combine remaining ingredients. sprinkle over blueberries. 
- 7 bake 40 minutes at 350°f
