Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup crushed zwieback cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 for top and bottom of cheesecake: mix together the crushed zwieback cookies, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
- 2 line bottom of spring pan with half the mixture and save other half for top of cake.
- 3 for cheesecake: mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, beaten eggs, almond extract and 1 and 1/3 cups of sugar.
- 4 mix well with electric mixer until very smooth.
- 5 pour into lined pan and top with the remainder of crumbs.
- 6 bake at 375°f for 50 minutes.
- 7 cool at room temperature.
- 8 refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- 9 top with favorite fruit topping and enjoy!
