Chocolate Chips And Toffee Cheesecake

Total Time: 4 hrs 48 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs 18 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/3 cups heath bits 'o brickle toffee pieces, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup hershey's milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 325°f
  • 2 stir together graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup toffee bits and melted butter.
  • 3 press onto bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 9-inch springform pan.
  • 4 bake 10 minutes & cool.
  • 5 increase oven temperature to 350°f
  • 6 beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • 7 gradually beat in eggs, beating just until blended.
  • 8 fold in milk chocolate chips and 1/2 cup toffee bits.
  • 9 pour into prepared crust.
  • 10 bake 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
  • 11 remove from oven to wire rack.
  • 12 with knife, loosen cake from sides of pan; cool completely.
  • 13 evenly spread whipped topping over surface of cheesecake.
  • 14 sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup toffee bits over whipped topping.
  • 15 cover; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • 16 cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
  • 17 enjoy!
